These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Tattra Network (“Tattra”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any individual or entity (“User”, “Advertiser”, or “Publisher”) that accesses, registers with, or uses Tattra’s advertising platform, technologies, websites, or services.

By using Tattra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all applicable policies, guidelines, and future updates. These Terms govern the use of Tattra’s interactive and rich media advertising formats, including but not limited to Topscroll, Midscroll, Interscroller, Floating Ads, and other scroll-based or behavior-driven ad units.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Tattra’s services.

 

1. Legal Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Tattra Network and any user accessing or using Tattra’s advertising technologies, platforms, services, or interactive ad formats, including but not limited to Rich Media, Topscroll, Midscroll, Interscroller, Floating, and Scroll-Triggered Ads.

 

2. Scope of Services

Tattra provides an advertising technology platform that enables advertisers to run interactive and rich media advertising campaigns and enables publishers to monetize digital inventory using advanced ad formats.

 

3. Definitions

  • Interactive Ads: Ads that respond to user behavior such as scrolling, hovering, swiping, or interaction.

  • Rich Media: Advanced ad formats including animations, video, floating layers, and dynamic content.

  • Topscroll / Midscroll: Scroll-based ad units triggered at predefined page positions.

  • Invalid Traffic (IVT): Any traffic deemed fraudulent, artificial, manipulated, or non-human.

 

4. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers are solely responsible for:

  • The legality, accuracy, and compliance of all creative materials

  • Ensuring creatives are technically compatible with Tattra’s interactive formats

  • Not misleading users through forced interactions or deceptive UI behavior

Tattra reserves the right to modify, pause, or reject any creative that negatively impacts user experience or platform integrity.

Prohibited Content, Products, and Services

Tattra prohibits the promotion of products or services in the following categories:

  • Pornography, private or mature content;
  • Alcohol or tobacco;
  • Malware, phishing, or other harmful codes/software;
  • Fake virus, “scan alerts” or “technical support”;
  • Illegal, prescription, or recreational drugs;
  • Offensive, abusive or hate-mongering content;
  • Auto-downloading of software;
  • Collecting push notification subscribers;
  • Marketing materials that are protected by copyright and trademark laws;
  • Fraud, unofficial, untrue, false, misleading, invented, re-produced information (i.e., facts, news, offers, solutions, guidelines).

 

5. Publisher Obligations

Publishers must ensure:

  • Full transparency of traffic sources

  • Compliance with Tattra placement and UX guidelines

  • No manipulation of scroll behavior or viewport dimensions

Tattra may conduct technical audits, traffic analysis, and behavioral validation at any time.

 

6. Interactive Ads Specific Rules

Interactive ads must:

  • Trigger naturally through user behavior

  • Avoid auto-expansion without user intent

  • Respect browser, device, and accessibility standards

Tattra is not responsible for performance variations caused by browser limitations, device differences, or ad blockers.

 

7. Traffic Validation & Anti-Fraud

Tattra applies proprietary and third-party systems to detect:

  • Bot traffic

  • Scroll manipulation

  • Fake engagement

  • Hidden or stacked placements

Tattra’s traffic validation decisions are final and non-negotiable.

 

8. Revenue Calculation & Adjustments

Revenue is calculated based on:

  • Valid impressions

  • Verified engagement

  • Approved performance metrics

Tattra reserves the right to retroactively adjust earnings where invalid activity is detected.

 

9. Payment Terms

  • Payments are subject to minimum payout thresholds

  • Payment schedules may vary by region and method

  • Suspended accounts forfeit unpaid balances until resolution

 

10. Intellectual Property

All ad formats, scripts, algorithms, and interaction logic remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tattra.

 

11. Data Collection & Tracking

Tattra may collect interaction-based data including scroll depth, visibility duration, and engagement signals solely for performance measurement and fraud prevention.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Tattra shall not be liable for:

  • Revenue loss due to invalid traffic filtering

  • Browser or device incompatibility

  • Third-party platform changes

 

13. Termination & Enforcement

Tattra may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of material breach.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Tattra’s operational jurisdictions.

 

15. Final Provisions

Continued use of Tattra services constitutes acceptance of all updated Terms & Conditions.
